The service
SiteLift Audit provides manually reviewed website audits (Starter Audit, Conversion Audit, and Audit + Priority Fix) and optional website modification or custom development services. Automated tools support the review, but findings and priorities are determined by manual review, not generated solely by software.
Placing an audit request
Submitting the audit request form creates a ticket with the website URL, contact details, and selected package. This is a request, not an automatic charge. SiteLift Audit contacts the email address you provide to confirm payment and next steps before an audit begins.
Pricing and payments
Audit package prices shown on the website are the starting price for that package at the time of your request. Modification and custom development prices shown on the website are starting points; the final price for any implementation work is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Online card payments, when available, are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider on its own secure payment page. SiteLift Audit does not store card numbers or card security codes. A private report or implementation access link is unlocked only after payment confirmation or an approved manual payment/waiver is recorded.
No guaranteed results
No responsible website service can guarantee revenue, lead volume, or sales. Audit and implementation work is intended to remove documented friction and improve conversion-relevant factors; it does not guarantee a specific business outcome.
Corrections
If a delivered audit report does not cover the checks included in your selected package, request a correction within 7 days of delivery and the missing analysis will be completed at no extra charge.
Website access and approval
Website login access is not required to deliver an audit. If you approve implementation work, access is discussed only for the agreed scope, and no modification begins until the deliverables, price, timeline, and access requirements have been approved in writing.
Custom website builds
For custom-coded website builds, the completed source code and handover documentation are provided to you as described on the service page for that engagement. Deployment to your own server and domain is included as part of that service.
Third-party platforms and tools
Where an audit or modification involves a third-party platform (for example WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, or Squarespace), SiteLift Audit is not responsible for that platform's availability, pricing, or policy changes.
